Backend Development
● Design and implement mission-critical backend services in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
● Build real-time APIs for telemetry, inventory synchronization, and payment reconciliation.
● Ensure services meet <200ms latency targets and scale to 100K+ concurrent connections.
● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
DSA & Problem Solving
● Apply advanced algorithms for concurrency control, distributed caching, lock- free data structures, and event-driven workflows.
● Resolve performance bottlenecks in systems processing millions of events/day.
● Conduct Big-O complexity analysis to optimize time and space efficiency.
System & Backend Design
● Architect microservices-based, event-driven systems with guaranteed delivery (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
● Design for zero-downtime deployments and multi-region failover strategies.
● Create efficient database schemas, sharding strategies, and indexing for high- volume transactional systems.
● Define API contracts, inter-service communication, and observability standards.
● Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
● Expertise in REST API design and SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB).
● Proficiency in mobile and backend technologies, with a strong grasp of Flutter for mobile apps and Node.js for back-end.
● Hands-on experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
● Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, caching strategies, and distributed systems.
● Experience with Git and version control practices.
Nice To Have
● Experience with IoT event pipelines and telemetry ingestion.
● Exposure to payment reconciliation systems and distributed ledger integrations.
● Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
● Experience in Kubernetes-based orchestration at scale.
