Roles and Responsibilities

● Design and implement scalable, efficient, and robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks.
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.● Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our development processes.

Requirements

● Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+.
● Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
● Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
● Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
● Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
● Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks.
● Good understanding of server-side templating languages (e.g., Jade, EJS).
● Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
● Experience with server deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Optional Skills

● Experience with mobile development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
● Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

Education and Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MERN stack development.
