Roles and Responsibilities

● Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
● CI/CD Pipeline: Implement, manage, and automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline.
● Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
● Monitoring & Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
● Security: Ensure security best practices are followed, including identity and access management (IAM), key management, security groups, and encryption.
● Troubleshooting & Optimization: Debug and troubleshoot cloud-related issues and optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
● Disaster Recovery: Plan and execute disaster recovery and backups strategies.

Required Skills

● AWS Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, and VPC.
● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
● Automation: Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
● CI/CD: Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitLab CI, etc.
● Containers & Orchestration: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or AWS EKS.
● Scripting & Programming: Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
● Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.
● Version Control: Experience with Git and Git workflows.
● Security: Knowledge of AWS security best practices, including IAM, security groups, and encryption.
